I release and hold harmless Holiday Transitional Center, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate and agree to follow all event rules and instructions. If registering on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent on their behalf.
